On November 10, 2015, I ordered a Sharp 4K UHD TV online. At the end of the order I was asked to do a review. My review was that it was easy to order, but hadn't received the unit yet. How wrong I was. Now I went back to their site and I'm unable to change the review. I immediately received an order confirmation. I don't check emails daily due to the hundreds of emails that I get daily. When I did check on November 25, 2015, there were several emails requesting I call to confirm the order. I immediately called them and they stated that they cancelled my order. I asked them why they didn't call me before cancelling and they stated that they did. That is BS because I have caller ID. They informed me that the price is no longer available but they would be happy to honor the original sale price. They "entered" another order and again I received an order confirmation and they stated that by calling them I would not have to call again to confirm. They stated that it would take up to 21 business days. With the holidays I waited over 5 weeks before I got concerned. Monday, January 4, 2016, no TV, so I called them. I spoke with Shehaya and he first said that there was a problem with my credit card, which threw me off because I do a lot of Interenet shopping and never had a problem. He put me on hold and came back to say that the TV was already released to the shipping company and that he would check with the shippers and call me back. Tuesday, 1/5, no return call. I called them again. Spoke with a man who "took my name and number" and stated that Shehaya would call me back. By that afternoon when I called again and spoke with Shehaya, he gave me the same story that they are checking with the shipping company and would call me back. Wednesday, 1/6, still no return call. I called them again and this time spoke with a lady, don't remember her name. She stated that the manager, Arlene was looking into the issue and that she would call me back. Thursday, 1/7, still no return call. I called and spoke with Arlene, again she stated that there was a problem with my credit card, I debated that (having never had a problem before), she put me on hold and came back with the TV had to be special ordered from the manufacturer and that she would reach out to the manufacturer and get a ship date status. I have called them 5x and never received a return call. They gave me 3 different stories - issue with my credit card, it was already released to the shipping company and it was on back order - which is the true story? I guess I will never know. My guess is that they didn't want to honor the sale price so they gave me the run around. Now I'm done with them and will never order from them. My advice to you is read the other reviews from different sites. Do not use their site as a benchmark.
