Joe's AV Bait & switch, dishonest, slow/no shipping Internet

Company is dishonest.  Advertised a product with free shipping. Product was ordered, a rep called and said that free shipping was only for van-line services for large items. Said he would give me a deal on fedex shipping, only $39.99 where it was regular $79.99.  I agreed to pay it even though I wasn't happy.  3 weeks later and 10 phone calls and emails to their company later, the product hadnt shipped.  I disputed the charges on my CC and then they finally shipped it.

Then they sent me an email for a survey, so I took the opportunity to notify them of how horrible their business practice was and submitted the survey, asking for a manager to contact me.  No one has contacted me (survey submitted almost 3 months ago) however, I continue to get additional survey requests - finally had to mark their emails as spam because using the unsubsribe option on the emails didnt work.  Ordering from them is no way worth the few dollars saved.

Same issues other have with this company it appears based on reviews on this site.
