Joe's AV Took order and money and never received product purchased and customer service is horrible Internet

 Buyer beware. Don't do business with Joe's. Customer service and every other facet of Joe's AV is terrible. Placed order on 5/21/17 and given a delivery date under two weeks and as of today, 7/1717, still haven't received my tv. Called many times every week since June to get help tracking order and most of the time I was put on endless hold and when I finally did speak to someone they were of no help whatsoever. Finally spoke to a customer service manager, Stephanie,on 6/23/17 and she finally told me the tv was broken in shipment, but I was never told that previously. She guaranteed delivery by 6/30/17 and a $200 credit due to all the problems and my totals dissatisfaction and frustration. Neither items promised happened - never received my tv or the $200 credit. Called on 6/29/17 many times and finally spoke to Stephanie along with Peter and Jessica and no one could help. Stephanie promised to get answer and call me back immediately but after two hours I called Stephanie and was told she was gone for the day. Three days later I still haven't heard from anyone. There is a total disregard for the customer, very rude, unresponsive and overall a very shaky company that seems to be very distrustful and dishonest. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH JOE'S - run away!!!
