After finding out thru this website that John Beck's company is a scam, we immediately called the company to request a refund of our money.
They informed us that we made a verbal agreement and a refund was not available to us. We have signed nothing and have refused our first coaching session this morning.
We would like to hear from someone out there as to the proper order we should follow to ensure a refund.
