We ordered the program had them charge our credit card $5499.00 and sent a $5,000.00 cashiers check They said that we could get a full refund 3 business days after we received our welcome package it came on 1/16/07 we called to get our refund on 1/17/07.

They did major high pressure sales to keep us in the program we decided to stay in we knew we had until 1/19/07 to get the refund they said in order to stay in we had to sign a paper. We signed the paper and sent it back to them.

We thought about it more on 1/18/07 and decided we would call and get our refund on 1/19/07. I was informed by Steve Smith in client services that the paper we signed meant that we were no longer entitled to our refund.

There was no statement on that paper that we were giving up our rights to a refund nor was that mentioned ever. I told him we would contact the BBB and a lawyer he said go ahead you still won't get your money back. Scared to death that we had just lost $10,499.00 the first call I made was to our credit card company they put the charges into dispute.

Next I contacted Utah Division of Consumer Protection Al Pauga gave me the number of Karen Johnson to call. After talking to her off and on all day she finally said she would give us a full refund and would fax us a refund agreement. I have to travel 13 miles to get this fax when I get the fax it says it will not issue a refund if a credit card dispute is received in the process. So I call the credit card company and initiated cancellation of the dispute and then I sign the paper and faxed it back to Karen Johnson. I have not heard how this will work out but I am sure that they will not refund our money because of the whole credit card dispute thing but I had to get the refund agreement faxed back because today was the last day of our refund possibilities. Please help us any way you can we really have tried to do everything to get our money refunded. Thank you

Quit buying into these stupid infomericals that lure you into thinking that you can become wealthy

Stay in constant contact with Ao Pauga and keep him updated on the latest with your situation and you should be fine.

Do like I did and tape record every phone conversation you have with Mentoring of America's people such as that Kragen lady during this refund process. This will act as backup incase they tell you something and then they don't do it, tell you lies, try to bribe you, or make some of those stupid little court threats towards you that they like to make to people when demanding refunds. If you catch any of this on tape, you can turn the tapes over to Ao Pauga. I caught one of their lowly supervisors named ALISSA liying to me during the refund process. I tape recorded her telling me one thing the first week, then seven days later telling me that she had never spoken to me before and that she had no idea what I was talking about. I refreshed her little memory and then she provided me with my refund check's tracking number which happened to be delivered to my door about 15 minutes after I got off the phone with her.

The tapes can help you incase something goes wrong or you just simply don't see the refund get issued. If you have proof it won't be their word against yours anymore.

Do not forget to come back here and post your refund dollar amount once you get it all back. Then move on and take this as a big lesson learned and stay the hell away from all infomercial wealth building garbage.

If you want to be rich do what every successfull person has done. Provide a service or a product to people. Quit buying into these stupid infomericals that lure you into thinking that you can become wealthy by spending only $39.95.
