Just received the $6500.00 version of this rip-off today and stumbled upon this site and read and read and read all the postings. I have signed nothing and sent nothing back. Scheduled for my first STUDENT coaching call on Thursday. Checked on line for a charge to my credit card and nothing YET, but sounds like it will be hit soon and often.

If I don't sign and return the enrollment confirmation, call the credit card company to warn of the pending charge, do not accept the pending coaching call, and send the package back via FED Ex. Does this mean I am out? or Will I still be enrolled and expect the headaches of trying to get a refund. Hopefully someone will read this tonight!!!!

Do it IMMEDIATELY Greg.

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, February 08, 2007

Yes, do all of what you mentioned. You need to do this IMMEDIATELY, like this very minute immediately. Also, present your credit card company with all the complaints against them on this and other sites as a warning that this is pure fraud and that they should not under any circumstances allow that $6,500 deduction to take place. Put a block on it now. Show them that link to the news report video on Mentoring of America about the lawsuits filed against them if you have to.

Better yet, if you owe nothing on the credit card Greg, I would INSTANLY and completely cancel the entire credit card account to be absolutely sure. This will cut the legs out from under them and will not be able to charge you the $6,500. I'm just trying to save you from having to battle Mentoring of America. You can't even begin to understand how lowly, fradulent, and nasty the people of Mentoring of America become once you begin trying to get your money back after they charge you for it.

And do come back and keep up update.

Greg, also put the coaching calls on immediate hold BEFORE your first call even takes place. If you don't do this Greg, Mentoring of America WILL try to use this against you to avioid having to give you a refund if it comes down to that. They will say that you already took some coaching. Don't give them any ammo.

Face it: Some people's help you don't need....

AUTHOR: Thomas - (U.S.A.)

There are some "Russ Dalbey" accounts here wherein some have outlined HOW they got their money back. I think they were around Nov 06.

The first thing I would do is tell the CC Bank to NOT accept any charges from your Good Bud Russ. And then return the (unopened?) materials using verifiable delivery tracking.
