Johnson Law Group No refund Las Vegas Nevada

I entered into this Ripoff Report site because I was trying to get email contact information for Johnson Law Group, an Attorney firm my wife and I have engaged to assist us with a creditor that is literally taking us to the bank with all of their fees, etc. that are highly irregular. In contacting this company, they gave me no recourse than to just stop paying anything and seek some sort of settlement process which was also suggested by our local Consumer Credit Counseling Office.

In opening my browser, I was horrified to see all of these complaints listed on this site called, "Ripoff Report", pertaining to this specific company. Now our losses are in many ways related to the death of our terminally ill Child after 22 years of struggle. To see these reports when we are enduring yet an additional loss of thousands of dollars...illegitimately in my mind...I was horrified to think that I am yet again being taken to the cleaners while I was attempting to be honorable.

One of the complaints suggested looking at the Better Business Bureau or Bad Business Bureau...which ever was meant by bbb... Folks, I went there. I looked at the list of complaints against this company over the last 5 years to include their previous corporate name of Consumer Debt Relief. I was intensely relieved...intensely!...I Praise God in my relief...that in the past 3 years there have only been 15, count'em...15, complaints against this Law Group. Now I am sure that this Law Group does a sizeable amount of business such that 15 complaints is insignificant relative to the number of satisfied customers. Of the complaints, all were resolved in one way or another to the satisfaction of either the consumer or the Better Business Bureau's standard for Good Faith efforts on the part of the company to resolve the issue.

My suggestion: do as I didn't...look at the Better Business Bureau's report on the company with whom you are doing business before resorting to emotional outbursts which, ultimately, are resolved anyway

We came to a resolution and my wife and I have a different opinion about this company. A much better one. One that changed my whole idea of the company. Kevin Rice and I talked for a while on the phone and it was informative and helpful. Now Recommended.
