On May 8th I ordered and paid for front and rear struts for my 04 Grand Prix.  May 15th Fed Ex delivered them to the wrong address.  Fed Ex picked them up and delivered them to me on May 17th.  The 2 rear struts were severely damaged.  I talked to Just Suspension and was told that they would have to wait for the parts to be delivered to them and then they would send me out a new set.  I informed them that I needed the parts faster than that and was told there was nothing they could do.  I suggested I order a new set and they could credit me when they received the damaged parts. They said "that would work just fine".  I had also worked with Fed Ex to overnight the struts at their expense and told Just Suspension that, but for some reason they did not send the struts overnight.  On 5/25 I received the replacement struts, but they sent me the front ones instead of the back ones.  I refused delivery and called again.  I also asked about the refund for the returned parts and was told "accounting is dealing with that, but I will call them and expedite the refund."  As far as the wrong parts I was told "they will be shipped out today but because of the holiday you should get them Wednesday & also if you have not received the refund call on Wednesday."  So here we are on Thursday 5/31 and still no replacement struts or credit for the additional struts that were paid for.  I called again to ask when I could expect the struts and was told "I will have to call you later this afternoon so I can figure out what is going on.  Finally I have found out that the order has been picked up today and I should hopefully get it in 2 business days, but my refund should be "sometime next week."  So basically I have paid for 6 struts, cancelled and rescheduled my mechanic 5 different times, and waited over 3 weeks and still do not have my product.  I will be filing a BBB complaint, and also disputing the charge (Fed Ex confirmed that they received the damaged parts on 5/24) for the extra struts that I ordered to expedite getting my proper parts.  Please do not deal with this company, they are not interested in customer service at all.

Update: Received replacement parts

AUTHOR: Steve - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, June 02, 2012

Well today I finally received my replacement struts.  Of course they showed up damaged so I refused delivery again.  The funny thing is that the part number on the boxes they were shipped in were different from the part numbers that were in the box.  I also found it interesting that the struts did not have the new "chrome" bolts, but instead some dark colored ones that were already installed on the strut.

Also, there were quite a few scratches and chips on the struts & it looked like somebody tried to do some touch up paint work on the struts.  Based upon the packaging (the struts were just thrown into a box with no padding or anything) and condition of the product, I have a very hard time believing that these struts were new.  What a horrible way to do business.
