I purchased a Prom Gown from Kaufman's Wedding World and was overcharged on my credit card. I contacted the store eight (8) times over a 2 month period an was told they were looking into it. Each time the told me they would get back to me and did not. Two weeks ago they told me the check would be mailed that day.
Today they told me to come to the store and they would give me cash... hmmmm Had I known they had so many other complaints against them I never would have done business with them. I recommend everyone steer clear of this company with Stores in State College, Indiana, Johnstown, Monroeville, Pittsburgh, Pleasant Hills Pennsylvania

Cheating bridal executives, bridal dress retailers are known to break the law and be liars

Don't believe the bridal dress executives who write the above nonsense, bridal dress retailers are known to break the law and be liars beyond a reasonable doubt.
The Federal Trade commission sent out over 3,000 warning letter (2004) to bridal dress executives because of missing garment tags which is illegal.
Ladies file your complaints with your local state attorneys who have the legal power to arrest bridal dress criminal executives who deceive the consumer on products order as happens quite often with bridal dress sales, in my investigative opinion.
The UTah state attorney was able to arrest a bridal dress retailer with just the "Repetitive" complaints involving her deception.

CHRISTINE - AS A HUMAN BEING - IM SURE THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THAT SIMPLE MISTAKES DO HAPPEN. ALSO, OUR STAFF AT THE STATE COLLEGE STORE OFFERED TO GIVE YOU THE REFUND OF $30.00 IN CASH, BUT YOU DID NOT - TO DATE - AVAIL YOURSELF THIS AS A RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM.
THE STAFF CHARGED YOU $272.74 INSTEAD OF $242.74 - HONESTLY - WHY WOULD WE TRY AND RIP YOU OFF FOR $30.00 ! HONESTLY!
