Khosrow Sadeghian Param Realty Biggest scam artist! He lies, cheats and steals your money! Denton, Texas

My family, which contains 8 people, had to find a place to move to...I went to craigslist and searched and found an add from Khosrow Sadeghian and I called him. We worked out the details after I went to look at a couple of his "houses" I chose one.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                I met with his only rep here in Johnson county gave him the required money, got the keys and started fixing the floors, put in a new water heater. Then got a phone call from his rep telling me that we had three days to vacate the property or have an additional $2000.00 by that day and an additional $1050.00 we could pay out at $350.00 for 3 months for pets deposit!  This was a week later...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  I told him that there was no way I could come up with that amount on such a short notice. And he told me that the cops would be there in three days to evict me. He had a man named Chuck call saying that he was his lawyer and that he needed to meet with me to get the $2000.00 and sign the new lease. Because at this time and still to this date we still do not have a signed lease.                                                                                                                                                                                                           We are suppose to a rent to own tenant,  He said nothing before hand about a pet deposit, nor did he tell us that the aerobic system was not here. Someone stole it before we moved into the house.
