Khosrow Sadeghian PerAm Realty Shady, Scammer, Unethical Internet

This man offers ez finance for lease or to own homes.  All homes we viewed were unfinished, no floors, broken windows, no appliances.  The doors on all of them were unlocked so we just went in an looked around.  

      We found one we were excited about.  It was listing for 1395.00.  So we called, and were told of course we could be approved.  So a 65.00 app fee was required.  Then if I wanted to take the home off the market I could meet him at jack in the box with 500.00 that was refundable at 11 at night.  

       He works out of his apartment.  He also changed the price to 1795 if he fixed the house, and if I took it as is would be 1595.  House needs 20,000 to be finished.  I didn't fall for this scam.
