Kia ripoff reponse to a wordsearch on problems Olathe Kansas

I Have been reading alot about warrantee problems with KIA vehicles, my wife has been griving one for a long time and miles, she commutes 120 miles a day at a minimum for work. After 3 years and well over 100,000 miles we have had two problems only. Now mind you I am an ASE cetrified mechanic with nearly 30 years of expirience. Problem 1) at 64,000 the transmission went out. The dealer in question had the car for 5 days, supplied my wife with a loaner car and did not question the warrantee, in fact they appologized for us having had the problem. 2} I have not taken in yet. This is my complaint. At 3pm december 23rd the blower motor went out, beings how I drivw a company work truck her car is family transportation. ALL of the local dealers service and parts departments are closed???

AT 3PM on a FRIDAY? due to Christmas we will be waiting till tuesday for the part.
