I dealt with these ripoff in late Oct 2007 and ordered a shield for a Christmas gift. Never received it and their common excuse is "It is Stuck in Customs". I cancelled and had charges reversed through my credit card company after they did not credit my account within a week of cancellation. But I figured it was the holiday season and they must have been really busy because it looks like a legitimate company. I really wanted the shield for my boyfriend so i ordered again in March 2008 to have by end of June. Well June came and went, no shield, only occassional responses to my hundreds of e-mails and they never answer their phone or return your call. So I cancelled a week before his birthday and although the order shows as cancelled on my account, still no refund and no replys to my e-mails and it is the end of July. They have no problem charging your card instantly when you place an order, while most companies wont post the charge until your order ships. then when you want a refund, they cant seem to do that in over 45 days. My credit card is disputing and I will get my money back but how can these ripoffs still be in business! If they cant deliver in a timely manner they need to issue refunds! They take your money, hold on to it and gain interest, while you rack up interest on your credit card charge for an item you didnt receive. DO NOT order from these people. You may be lucky and get your merchandise but they are poor business people and should be shut down!
