I also ordered an online set of items off of kingofswords.com. I waited about 3.5 weeks before I contacted them about my merchandise.
The first email that I received from them after the first inquiry was this... "
Your order has been updated to the following status.
New status: Order Accepted
Please reply to this email if you have any questions.". I asked again about a week later and got this status update... "The comments for your order are:
Your order is being processed for shipment."
after another week I questioned the status of my order and received this email status update... "Your order is being processed for shipment.
The King of Swords (KOS) website contains more than 7,000 items for our customers. While we do attempt to maintain stock of our most popular items, many of our items are ordered from our suppliers on an "as-needed" basis.
This status update means that we are collecting the item(s) for your order and will be updating you with shipping .
To help us do our best to assist you, please reply to this e-mail address with any question or requests for information on your order.
Thank you for your business."
After another request to either send my order or refund me, I got this response... "Your order has been updated to the following status.
New status: Canceled
Please reply to this email if you have any questions.
".
That was 2 weeks ago. Now if has been 14 days since I requested my refund. Well, either I get it from a dispute, or they will actually refund me. I will let you know when I get the money.
