Kirby Will Promise Anything to Get Sale Clearfield, Kentucky

I was sold this Kirby Vacuum about a year ago and was promised a hard surface buffer, and the sales rep also apologized for not having one of these, and said when I get one I'll bring a couple extra packages of bags with me for your trouble.  This sales rep also said t allow about a week for this item.

It has been over a year, I have contacted Kirby several times, all I get is a run around, now they are calling me a liar, claiming I was never promised any such items.

To be truthful I was not aware that Kirby offered such and attachment until the salesman made mention of it, and since nearly all of my floors are a hard surface of some type or another (no wall to wall carpeting in any room) mostly hardwood or ceramic tile.  I would have never purchased this machine if it was not suitable for these type of floors.

Bottom line do not purchase this product unless you have all of the attachments in your possession at the time of purchase.
