Kirby when calling back for confimation on payment plan was told paid in full with credit card, no permission was given. Hoover, Alabama

I heard someone at the door, when i opened the door someone from Kirby vacuum handed me a three liter coke and ask could he enter my home and show me a vacuum cleaner, I replied yes. He entered showing me the vacuum cleaner.

After two and a half hours later, I decided to purchase the vacuum cleaner after deciding a price I was going on a payment plan but had to get confirmation on the payment plan. I was told by Kirby that someone had called back and said that my vacuum had been paid in full with my credit card.

I did not use my credit card to make the down payment I used a check. Called back told them to cancel my order and pick up vacuum cleaner. Then I cancelled check for down payment and cancelled all my credit cards. I was one of the lucky ones.
