Basic Edition Mens shirts have a manufacturer tag on them stating $12.99 2 for $20.00. There was a 30% off sale for this item. When I checked out I was given the 30% off each individual $12.99 shirt or $9.09 each. My concern is that since it was stated 2 for $20.00 I should have gotten the 30% off the $20.00 or $13.99 total price. I asked the service desk and they said this would be two sales in one transaction.
I replied that if the original price is stated then it is only one sale price of 30% off $20.00, as well as the store sign does not state that it would be a double sale price. I tried to explain that if I went to a store and the sign said 2 for the price of one and I had a discount coupon then the store would still honor the coupon on the sale price. This is the same situation.
If Kmart does not rectify this situation then I will just take the merchandise back to the store and ask for a refund and they will get "NO" sale.

They don't need business from someone who is a grown man who is acting acting like a seven year old child. Your math is off as well. 30 percent of $20 is $14 not 13.99. I bet if they did give you it for $14 you would argue over one penny till the cows come home even though you are wrong. Seven year olds bahave as you do when they don't get what they want.
