Facebook had an ad for a face cream that would supposedly reduce wrinkles. What I didn't understand from the "free trail offer" verbiage" was that you only had 10 days to cancel future shipments. The website said you would see results within 30 days. So how does someone know if it will work if you need 30 days to see results but you only have 10 days to cancel?

I contacted my credit card company. They initially reversed the charges, but then I received a letter stating that this slimy company is disputing it. I am NOT done with this. My CC company told me to return the products and keep a copy of the tracking information via UPS. I've done this, and will continue to fight it, or I will cancel my credit card company and get a different credit card.

Here's the kicker! It is the same color and fragrance as Johnson & Johnson's baby lotion! Seriously?

Also, they sell this crap under MANY different product names. Just when consumers "catch on" they advertise under a different name! They use a FAKE "Consumer Alert" newspaper web page to advertise their product. But over the past few months, I've been watching Facebook and the EXACT same FAKE "Consumer Alert" newspaper web page ids used for the same crap with a different product name.

I'll keep watching for other people scammed, and I am also contacting Facebook Admin and the Better Business Bureau!

I would like to respond on the behalf of Kollagen Intensiv to the complaint filed here.

This customer complains that they were sent product without their knowledge of the terms and that they could not send it back as it was past ten days. This is simply not the case.

There are two ways that people may order our product.

They may order it online at  http://www.kollagenintensiv.com/ where they pay the entire price up front and they get a money back Guarantee as you can see on the right hand side of the page  halfway down. You can also see stated in that Guarantee that this Guarantee does not apply  to the other way to purchase the product  that can be seen where the purchase was made  at www.trykollagenintensiv.com/ .

When you purchase through the free trial program which is a completely separate website and offer you get the benefit of trying it free for a month instead of a money back guarantee and then you get discounted monthly shipments.  People who choose this free trial offer have it made perfectly clear to them that this is what they are signing up for. The program details are not hidden away or in fine print as some may claim. The terms are spelled out in detail right on the order page. I invite you to fill out the form and see for yourself exactly how clear this is. The terms are again stated  at the point of purchase with  a check box that must  be checked stating you agree to the terms and conditions before  the order can proceed. I think anybody will agree it is absolutely impossible to place an order without seeing the terms and conditions in full detail. Many companies simply put a link to the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page but we
feel that is dishonest and we make sure they are put right in front of the customer and must be agreed to. 

After the order is placed an email receipt is sent out that again includes a link to the program details and urges you to print out a copy for your own records. With the first shipment a pamphlet is sent out that again states the program details and contact information. The customers credit card statement also has a link to the billing descriptor and our phone number. This customer has still not taken the time to read any of this as you can see by the fact they state the trial period is ten days when in fact it is very clearly 30 days from the time of purchase. there is no mention of ten days anywhere.  

We feel that the Kollagen Intensiv Home Delivery Program is a generous and clear offer that allows those who do not wish to pay upfront to try our product a chance to do so.  All that we ask is that they follow some very simple directions and cancel out of the program before we incur the additional cost of sending product. I am afraid that no matter how clear we ry to make this through extensive efforts, there seems to be those who can simply ignore this and make up their own terms. I think any reasonable person would agree that we have gone above and beyond in trying to be as open and fair on this discount program as possible. I can't claim to be super smart, but I am 55 years old and bought into the free trial. I ordered, received Kollagen Intensiv and gave it a full 29 days before calling to cancel. No problem. When I ordered, I found the information on 2 places on the order page that says you will receive 2 more jars every 2 months and billed $99 if you don't cancel in 30 days. Its right there and not in fine print. If they missed it then I can only say that they were smoking something because once you fill out the order info, they make you check a box that says again, in a briefer clearer way that you will be signed up for auto delivery if you don't cancel in 30 days. Nobody can miss this. If they are complaining here, its because they didn't watch their calendar and cancel in time and some people just don't know how to take responsibility for their actions. 

I did cancel, but not because it didn't work. Holy smokes it worked like magic. I used to look my age, 55. Now I look like I'm in my 30s. People are always dropping their jaw when I tell them how old I am. I never used to tell my age before, but now I love to see their expression when they know I am 20 years older than they thought. I'm happily married, but love it when men in their late 30s and early 40s hit on me, which is a huge ego boost. That hadn't happened in several years before I started using Kollagen Intensiv.

So why did I cancel? Because it works so well that I don't need to use as much as suggested to stay young looking. From the length of the trial they mention here it is quite obvious they have confused us with another product they have purchased. Nowhere do we mention a ten day trial? We also do not sell this product under any other name.I have included a snapshot of our order page where you can see the trial terms. Unfortunately this person seems very confused as to what they have and have not purchased.
