LA Boxing Terms and conditions on signed agreement violated Columbia, Maryland

Signed an agreement for 1 year and cancellation terms & conditions indicate 30 day notice and $50 fee.

Turned in 30 day notice and waited 1 cycle as indicated and got a reply from their office saying I had to pay $231 to cancel or continue paying $79 a month. 

I wrote back and indicated the agreement says $50 for the fee. No reply back.  Called the General Manager for the location and he called and emailed the corporate office for the Columbia location about the agreement. He told me to write an email replying back to the person who wrote to me of the fee.  I got no response back from either person.

I waited until next cycle and they charged me again. I called GM back and told him again that I had already sent my cancellation and the agreement is final, there were no emails or information of new terms sent to me. 

He indicated again that I signed a different agreement at that time and there is a new one now. I said well I didn't sign a new agreement, I signed the agreement with $50 fee and it should be honored. 

He said to try contacting the corporate office again.  This time I called the LA Boxing headquarters for all of the LA Boxing facilities. I was told to explain everything again in email and have it sent to a different email.  I have not received any email or call back. 

I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and block them from charging me again.  I had to send in proof of disputing to the bank, got a refund and blocked that payment but was charged again today. Called bank again today about it and they indicated that recurring purchases will continue through and I would have to dispute every time until I cancel with LA Boxing... 

I can't cancel LA Boxing because they won't let me for the $50 fee thats on the agreement.  I now have to dispute all the charges just to get this over with.  Never going here again or renewing.
