Lady Fitness Rips Off Widow, Internet

I am interested in having Lady Fitness in Layton investigated for some bad business practices.   I recently purchased a "special deal" where I paid in full for a 15 month membership. The total amount was $305.08.

This club was on my way home from work and would have been perfect for me.  When my husband unexpectedly passed away on August 11, I made the decision to resign from my teaching job in Syracuse and move down to Highland to be closer to family.  

There is no Lady Fitness near the area where I will be living.  Lady Fitness in Layton refuses to give me a refund.  I feel that this may be legal, but it is legally "stealing" my money.  

I received nothing from them, and will not be able to.  I intended to start using it when school started, and my husband passed away right before that.  Lady Fitness is keeping all of my money because it is their "policy."

 I feel that this morally wrong on their part.  If other patrons of their club were aware of what they have done to me, they might make some needed changes.

 They need to look at individual circumstances.  I am not asking for a refund because I suddenly changed my mind about exercising.  I cannot use my membership unless I travel many many miles from Highland to Layton, which is completely unrealistic.  Please help!
