I received the product with the box open, missing parts (brackets, screws, and suction cups). Also the lights I received were damaged, frames bent, and generally scuffed up and very bad looking. These did not look like "new" lights. The company claimed is UPS's fault when I can't see how it is when the company didn't package it right. I called more then 10 times one day only to leave a message that was never returned, called the next day about 20-30 more times to receive a very rude and inappropriate response from a customer service rep telling me that they had to file a claim with UPS. I gave them my information, and told them about 5 times I wanted to return it, not replace it. The rep got very nasty with me as I asked him a day later what address I was to ship it to (I had two addresses available.) Since then I have returned it, sent by FedEx Ground, and it was signed for by the company. The customer service rep told me it would be a week before I got my money back.

I was told by someone that I would be getting all of my money back, not a partial amount. I waited 9 days and gave them another call (8 days ago). The rep asked me for my order number. As I tried to find it he rudely told me to call back and find it. I did so, then was told again to go find my tracking number and call back. After I did that I was told that it would be 24-48 hours before I see my money back. I waited 8 days and I did not got my money back, I tried calling about 50 times yesterday, the phone just rings with no response or has a weird busy tone. I have grown tired of this company and your customer service. Just today I got thru again, to the same person that likes to have attitudes with everyone he talks to and he gave me a partial refund saying there were fees for refunds. No where does it say there are any fees on their website, at least not when I bought the products. My advice to anyone reading this is DO NOT BUY FROM LED OUTFITTERS. If you have and you experience the same problem as me, file a dispute with your credit card, paypal, whatever you have to. They also say in their responses that they want to fix the problem and "its how the company resolves their complaints that shows how they are...blah blah blah." Take it from me, they don't try.
