LED Outfitters LED OUTFITTERS DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY, YOU SHIP ITEMS FOR RETURN AND NEVER GET THEM BACK NOR YOUR MONEY! Great Neck , New York

LED Outfitters aka Strobe Light King as many people may know them does not honor their warranty. I purchased several items that were defective and returned them for replacements. I emailed Mike from LED Outfitters and he advised me to mail them back and that he'd replace them. I sent them US Postal Service with tracking. After about a week of not hearing from them or receiving replacement products i ran the tracking number and it showed delivered GREAT NECK NY. I emailed again and received no response. I called their toll free number and there was no answer repeatedly. I called every week for about a month and received no answer. Finally after about 2 months I called again and someone finally answered the phone, Mike from LED Outfitters. I explained that I returned products and never received replacements. He acknowledged the products were returned. I said why haven't you shipped replacements he gave me a story as to why he didn't ship them. He said he didnt have my address. I was a registered dealer with his company for several years and he knows who i am. I told him to ship them immediately. I received one of the two replacement items, still waiting for the second guess thats not gonna ever come. When you hear the name LED OUTFITTERS think STROBE LIGHT KING as he was known on EBAY for many years. The customer service has NOT changed since the ebay days. He is still as irresponsible as he was when he was the now dethrowned STROBE LIGHT KING.

Furthermore, when i first started dealing with LED Outfitters I asked them if they were connected with STROBE LIGHT KING as I had previous dealings with them and was not at all satisfied with their product or their service. I do not want to deal with them at all if they were the same company. I received an email stating, NO WE ARE NOT CONNECTED AT ALL WITH STROBE LIGHT KING....LIES!!!
