LED Outfitters No Service, Hanging up, Won't talk, Refuse to replace parts Great Neck , New York

 Bought a undercover light system, everything was great before the sale. It arrived defective, one series of the eight light system would not light, I called them and they said they would ship a replacement light part, it never arrived. After several phone calls in which I was hung up on, I was told it was a command module and one would be sent. Guess what, it never arrived. Then they would hang up on me and not answer the phones. Discover handled the dispute and 3 months later I was told it was a valid sale and my card would be charged. I called Discover and told them the seller never requested the item back. Now I have to ship it back a my cost, and probably won't get credit for it when they get it. But I have my credit card company behind me, and the rip off reports.
