LED Outfitters Mike Kay LED Outfitters pulled a "Bait and Switch" on me! Internet

I ordered a Mini Linear Dash Light from LED Outfitters.  I paid by Pay Pal, so they immediately received my money for the item and the shipping.  Weeks later I get a US Postal Priority box  delivered to my house by UPS.  I open it and inside is two piece of crap LED lights that were not even remotely what I ordered.  Since it was in a US Postal box, I immediately took it back to the Post Office to refuse it.  Once at the Post Office, I was informed it had a UPS shipping label on it, not US Postal Service.  They were nice enough to take it and call UPS to come get it for return. I called and talked to Eric, who told me it was the "new" version of the light I ordered (which was a lie because this was two individual piece of crap lights with two separate cigarette lighter plugs).  He told me to send it back and they would immediately refund my Pay Pal account.  They have the lights and I was not refunded "immediately" as he said, in fact not at all.  This company, LED Outfitters, is a complete RIP OFF.  I cannot believe they are conducting business like this with anyone.  I wish I had seen all the RIP OFF reports BEFORE I ordered from them.  Hopefully, someone else will before they too get RIPPED OFF!
