This company is total scum!!!!!

I got an offer in the mail for this card with up to 1500 limit. I have perfect credit but was still trying to build up my number of active accounts. I accepted their terms which have a high fee but figured it would be worth it to have 1500 limit.

They actually sent me a card with only 300 limit which after the fees left me with like 25.00 actual credit. BTW the low limit actually hurts my credit score.

Every time I call them, they are rude and totally unhelpful. I have a 2 year history of perfect payments with them. never missed a payment and I have no negs on my report.

Well this year they hit me with a huge annual fee. It pushed my limit over the credit line. I paid the  amount due on my statement but never got my replacment card. They charged me an additional $35.00 for going over the limit because of their huge annual fees! I called and asked where my card was they told me they would not send it out unless I paid them $50.00 more then the amount due on my statement. I told them to go to hell. I will only pay what is due on the card. I also paid enough to bring my balance below my limit as well. Still no card!!!!

This company is the worst of the worst. Dont get one, 2 years of paying off my balace every month with 2 to three weeks holds on my payment and I still have only 300 line of credit, I am paying off this card and closing it, I may hurt my credit score by closing my account by these people are total scum and just their to suck your money. Even if you pay your payments on time and pay off your balance in full most months, they treat you like total trash and charge you through the nose for it.

I really hate these dirtbags. I am paying on a card with a balance well below my limit and I cant even use it. Remember too, They put unreal hold on your account  if you pay it in full every month. When I was able to use it, I never knew when the card would approve my purchase. They hold your payment for almost 3 weeks before releasing funds. None of my other credit cards ever do that to me and I never have had a returned check either, Scum scum scum!!! Get any other card to build your credit but this one. ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!
