I live in North Carolina and am trying to rebuild my credit. I get this offer in the mail and send in my application to be processed along with the required fees and fees for express processing.

I've received a letter requesting additional information for positive identification purposes. I faxed that information two to three days after their request. I have yet to receive my Legacy Visa credit card.
