Legal Processing Associates Stop the Harrassment Austin Texas

I have had several calls from this company. Since I have never dealt with cashinminutes (this is who they say they are representing), I believe they are buying lists and harrassing people. I have decided to start harrassing them. I have filed a complaint the the Texas Attorney Generals office for fraudulent collection practices and with the Better Business Bureau. I am also forwarding a complaint the the Federal Trade Commission since this is a direct violation of federal law.

I suggest everyone that has been contacted by this company do the same. Watch how quickly they disappear once the tables are turned. You should never allow a collection agency to threaten you and by law they cannot harrass your family for debts they do not owe.

If we keep filing complaints against this company, they will cease to exist.
