Legalzoom No Attorney Call

I paid my 150 which was suppose to include an attorney. I had the attorney set up for 10.00. No call. At 10:45 I cancelled as I was going to work and could not wait around anymore. I called on my way to work to complain. The guy that answered could have cared less.

He said well oops the person who was scheduling your appointment hit the wrong button and you were suppose to have the attorney call at 11 since we accidently put that you were in the central time zone. I said this is not ok. The guy said well go ahead and cancel your will, but you can't have a refund. I am so sorry I dealt with these people.
