LegalZoom fraudulent advertising, poor customer serivce Nationwide

So the director of our pageant wanted to use Legalzoom because she thought it be good and faster.  Using this company has actually cost us MORE money in the longrun and they have literally done nothing a person couldnt do on their own via efile and cheaper.

When we first called the guy quoted us one cost it was something like $79.00 for the WHOLE PACKAGE to create the LLC.  Then we got hit with required $159.00 required legal rep fee or so they claimed it is required we are NOT required to use them as the legal rep we can appoint anyone we want to handle the legal end.  THEN they turned around and charged us again when we wanted an original copy of the birth certificate for the compnay (again was supposed to be included). 

At that point i had had enough and sent a firm email to them.  Well guess what then they tried to charge us again for our Annual filing and while it is required it can be done through EFILE for free or less than the addiitonal $35.00 they are trying to charge. 

Miraculously the customer service rep who set up this account is no longer there (how convenient).  But the response i received to my email stated that "you are free to terminate services with us at any time".  Guess what we tried that the first day and they still tried to scam us.  Trust at the end of this year (if not sooner), you will no longer be any rep.
