 I file a business name with LegalZoom last year 11/2015. I purchased a business name and for them to get in text ID number. Three months later I noticed they were taking $7.50 out of my account for a service that I did not know about. I called them they refund me and I told them any of the services that requires them to pull money out of my account with out my approval cancel it. They agreed. Now Nine months later they pull out $159.00 from my account. Granted I'm upset because they charge me for this service while other agents don't every year but they pulled the money from my account without my authorization again. My recommendation for anyone wanting a business name go down to City Hall and have them direct you to the right place And you will just be responsible to pay a One time agent fee yes and a annual fee of $50 every year
