Legalzoom is certainly quick to charge you and process your payment but SLOW to perform the work you've paid for. I've been waiting over a week for them to add a simple p.o. box to a form.  Something that would take less than 10 seconds can't seem to get done in over a week.  I've made numerous calls and spoken with several pleasant people but with no resolution.  The people you speak to are not the people who can actually help you.  I've been repeatedly told it's "in process."  At this rate it will be MONTHS before my LLC documents are even sent to the state for processing.  Do yourself a favor, spend more and hire somone locally to do the work for you but AVOID this companyl  A HUGE waste of my time and money.
