Legalzoom.com Not giving Bylaws to Founder, and trying to charge $50 for MS Word version Bylaws file LA CA

I have founded a corporation through Legazoom.com. When received a binder from them later, the printed Bylaws buldle was included, causing me or my attorney to type all 20 page content to make an amended version. When I asked them for a MS Word version, they said they would have to charge me $50 for that. Why is my Bylaws that expensive when they just need to attach it to their e-mail to me? Please try to help your customers when you can, and get more business from them later! When poor founders like me are in need, $50 is expensive!
