I ordered a atv for my daughter for christmas when i placed the order i was told i needed to pay 150.00 express shipping to get before christmas i agreed to pay it so i was guaranteed to get it the 23rd of dec i called and asked were it was they gave me a tracking number and i found out it was sent standard shipping not express and it sat at the truck terminal in california for 3 days before it was even sent out finally got the atv jan 4th and it had some missing parts plus it has some damage. now im told i have to buy the parts they already made a extra 150.00 sending it standard shipping and i think that it is wrong im even missing the keys to start it, the front grill, a wheel bearing is missing and the back tail light is broke plus the crate got smashed and theres heavy scratches in it plus the remote kill is missing along with the owners manual if it comes with one i give up talking to them and leaving a message is a joke now im trying to find another dealer who sells parts.
one question i do have is on another report they say they are not lg wholesale but they have the same phone number

As stated in the customers complaint, he must have spoken to the shipping company and they had to admitted fault because the customer was given info that it sat in the terminal for 3 days! For what reason??? The shipping company does not even give that info to us here. Other than it being Xmas week, the explanation given to that customer which they are not claiming that they ordered within 5 business days before xmas. Why would you wait that long for a gift for your child?
As far as the parts go, if it was never riden or even started how did the parts fall off. The unit is not made to have parts fall off!
We apologize that the shipping company dropped the ball on this order. If the disclaimer didn't state that the customer is responsible for the unit once it shipped, we would love to be able track and maintain all 1200 orders that are shipped out every week. Unfortunately this isnt possible for even companies as large as Wal-Mart, or Best Buy.
