I ordered a Pool online via poolsupplies.com on March 5th, 2010 and Paid via a credit card. Received confirmation that it would ship in 7-10 days. 



After two weeks had passed  I called back and a girl by the name of Kate Bzibziak answered and while she supposedly thought she put me on hold, I could hear her making fun of my southern accent and was being very rude on the phone. Very childish and Very unprofessional!!! Leisure Living must be employing High Schoolers!! When she came back on the phone she said that I would have to call back when another person was in to see the status of my order. Why in this modern day would you have to wait for another person to find the status of my order, don't you people have computer systems to track orders and such!!!

 

I then called back on 3-25-2010 and spoke to a Cindy Snyder who wasn't much help either, she said she would have someone look into it since it was now being shipped from the manufacturer, when originally I was told it would ship from Leisure Livings Warehouse. 

I then called on 4-1-2010 and was transferred to the internet deptartment which I don't understand why, but the guy said that he would see what he could find out for me and placed me on hold for several minutes. When he returned he apologized to me for being transferred several times and told me he was going to talk to Cindy Snyder again and see what the situation was. He transferred me to Cindy who still had no answers as to when my pool would ship it has since been close to a month and they have my money and I have NO POOL!!! I am not happy with Leisure Livings Customer Service, unprofessionalism on the phone not to mention they have had my money for a month and I have no pool. I would not recommend Leisure Living for your pool related products, I have had nothing but trouble with them.
