Leisure Living Pool Suplies Failed to acknowledge inside diameter of fixed foot for solar cover reel. Tonawanda New York

 Ordered fixed foot for solar cover reel.  Upon receiving item found it to be to large.  Called comapny and stated that the

piece was to large.  Leisure living stated that they would issue a return receipt but that it would cost us $6.95.  I paid $12.99 for the foot and $7.00 shipping which totaled $19.99.  I explained that their site failed to show inside dimensions.

Leisure living stated that they did not have a fixed foot that would accomadate our needs.  I

They would not return it at their cost even though they negelected to show dimensions.  If I return it I will have been out the foot and additional $6.95 which would total $13.95.  The foot was $12.99. If I return it they have the foot and I have paid for it in shipping.  These people are scum.  Don't buy from them.
