I used Lending tree based in Charlotte, North Carolina and we received 3 offers from 1 company Quicken loans with a credit score of 720 no other lenders showed up for 2 months. The fees were outrageous. The loan was for a FHA 3.5 percent down. Lending Tree I feel has nothing but a database of bad lender's who promote discrimatory along with predatory practices. This is amazing with a credit score of 720 with no other lenders interested.
