LENNOX FURNACE RIPOFF Richardson Texas

I plead to every consumer. Do not.....Do not - purchase a Lennox product. Last winter I was left in the cold sub-zero winter conditions to freeze to death. I purchased what I thought to be the best furnace on the market. I was wrong. Lennox will use substandard materials and not be able to repair thier product due to thier unqualified Lennox technicians. I did the diagnostics, on thier failures. I have proof.
Contacting thier customer service; I was told by them that Lennox products are man made and subject to failure and defects. I think the word "RECALL" comes to mind.
