The sunglasses were t be a gift for responding to a survey. It said all I had to do pay was $5.99 for shipping & handling. Apparently I missed the fine print saying I would be signed up for a membership if I did not cancel in 14 days. They did charge my Visa on 10/10 for $5.99. That's fine.

Visa tagged the $95 today as suspicious and put a hold on my card. I called my bank who told me to request a refund or resolution with the company (I sent them an email) but if they don't respond or cooperate, file a dispute for the charge and they wil have it removed.

I have a lot of charges on my Visa, so there must be a reason Visa tagged that one. Then when I read the other complaints I can now see why.

Leo Shades I also saw and ordered a pair of these sunglasses for the shipping and handling charges only. I have to say that if you read the agreement that shows up before you send the credit card information in it does state that there is a 14 day free trial and that after the end of that trial if you do not call and cancel the subscription you agree to be charged $95.00 dollars for the glasses and agree to have a new pair shipped every month for $45.00. I called 2 dats after receiving the glasses (definately not worth the $95.00 charge) and cancelled the subscription, time will tell if I get a charge or not on the card. If I do get charged I will update this complaint. All I can say is read everything that shows up before submitting your credit information. California

Leo Shades Leo Duvati without authorization, the company charged my credit card 95.00. the website does not mentions terms and conditions or a charge of 95.00 or i never would have gotten them. When i called to complain i was on hold for 1 hour just to be disconnected. TWICE! when i went to the cancel page it said my account didn't exist.
