      While paying a bill online ( either cable or phone bill ) a full page pop up ( I did not know it at the time that it was a pop up)  Claims the company is offering you a gift and makes it appear it is for your paying your bill timely and online etc. The ad says to claim your gift and makes it appear as though it is from the company you are paying the bill for.  It states that all you pay is shipping. 

       You enter you billing info and pay the shipping amount....and if you do not read the fine print...which many will not as the ad has you totally sucked in by then...making it appear a gift for your patronage and timely payment....you will be billed $95 for not returning or canceling with 14 days.  I was billed in less than that time from from when I received the item...so they are counting from the second you place the order.

       Then if you do not catch it soon enough they ship another pair of sunglasses every 30 days or less and bill you $49.00 for each shipment.  When you finally do contact the company that is bilking you....they have their reps refer you to the page where you finalize your payment and say that it is all there in writing....but there is no mention of the pop up ad that sucked you in to begin with.  It does not show the extremely misleading info that is on that pop up page from where you were just paying a bill online. 

       The rep that you cancel with gives you an email to contact support and request a refund....they sent the following email and offered half of the $95 refunded upon my acceptance......so they can prove that you accepted their offer...which you must do knowing that you will be lucky just getting that back without moving heaven and earth!
