Les Schwab Tire Center ripoff abused & mistreated like many others Sacramento California

Les Schwab made a house visit to my home to collect a 100.00 descrepency made by their employee. We paid over 700.00 in tires one day for two cars. One of which a check was written, the employee told me to write the check out for 254.79, but unknowingly the correct amout should've been 354.79. My husband and I agreed to pay this amount until they harrassed us at our doorstop less than 5 hours from being notified of their employees error. These employees (managers) condone this behavior and state it is commom practice. Well, I don't know about you, but I consider this harrassment. In my business the customer is never made to feel like an employee mistake is theirs. At this point they are still requesting the 100.00 after offending my husband and myself. I can't believe this is a company who says they believe in customer service. That's a crock. They believe in abusing customer records to their advantage.
