I purchased this as a one time shipment for my daughter and myself. 

The rep setup my account and one for my daughter as a one time purchase. I was not giving the account name or password. Le-vel company creates auto ship when the account was setup.

The next month I received a soft post in my checking account, and sent mail to rep to stop before hard post. Tried to get into the account but only created a second account using my email address.

The rep finally responded and told me sorry, I removed the automatic payment from your daughters and yours using my credit card without my personal permission. The rep gave me my account user ID and password.

Then I was informed of the return policy after I called FedEx and stopped shipment. 

Can you follow up as their support person only copies and paste rules.

Return Rules 

Retail Customer Return Process for Online Orders.

    1. Notify the Le-Vel Support Department of the pending return using the Le-Vel Online Support Ticket System from within your account.
    2. Package the products you wish to return using proper shipping carton(s) and packing material based on the product(s) being returned. Include the original packing slip or a printed copy of your receipt.
    3. Ship the package to the following address using your choice of shipping method as long as a tracking number is available.

  1. Provide the tracking number for your package to the Le-Vel Support Department.
  2. Once your return is received and processed, an appropriate refund will be issued within 10 business days.

The company claimed it was not returned, missing or processing since Jun 15, 2015.

The permissible return period will vary according to country and state laws.

Unauthorized Returns. Should a Brand Promoter refuse delivery of any Le-Vel shipment or request to return any previously purchased product for a refund, such request will be deemed as a voluntary resignation. 

Buyers Right to Cancel. Federal law empowers a buyer to cancel certain sales without penalty prior to midnight of the third (3rd) business day following the transaction. This rule covers retail consumer sales of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or more that occurs away from the Brand Promoter's main office. In addition, the Brand Promoter must orally inform the buyer of the three (3) day right to cancel at the time the buyer signs the contract of sales or purchase of goods. 

Exchanges. Le-Vel will not accept product exchanges from Promoters.

Brand Promoter Responsibility. If a retail customer mails or delivers to a Brand Promoter a valid notice of cancellation prior to midnight on the third (3rd) business day after ordering or purchasing product, it must be honored by the Brand Promoter. If a buyer has taken delivery of any goods, that product must be returned, along with the notice, in as good a condition as when delivered. Within ten (10) business days after receiving the notice, the Brand Promoter must refund all payment made under the contract of sale.

Should a retail customer contact the Le-Vel Support Department concerning the refusal of a Brand Promoter to issue the appropriate refund in the time period indicated, such Brand Promoter will be subject to suspension of promotership pending resolution of the complaint.

Their response over and over was to cut and past these rules

I am talking to Jason at your (385) 235-7895 in your fulfillment passed me to Kathy Park (385) 235-7902 in the fulfillment center.

She called me back and is looking into this. I told her how to get the person signature. It's just a fulfillment in Salt Lake, UT who ships for lots of companies as fulfillment center. Wow this company is really in the cloud.

I am probably doing more research then lev-thrive. 

Told her how to get the persons signature enter tracking #  642904474760 and LVL 1290311 and you have their signature. Jason has lots of products, so he made 3 calls before he could find the person in charge of shipping for LVL
