Light Relief's refund guarantee is false! Chino California

Light Relief did not work for me so I sent an email to customer service requesting a return method. I got an automated email that said contact would be made in 48-72 hours. I sent another email to customer service after I didn't hear from them in the alloted time, and I received another of the same message.

I boxed up the item and returned it to the Chino address within the alloted trial time, and requested that my account be credited for the $74.33 that was charged to my account on April 20, '09. Thus far, I've had no emails or any other form of contact from them at all and no credit has been made to my account.

I plan to call the number listed on the website to see if I can finally get this taken care of, but I somehow think they're going to deny getting the return and, unfortunately, in our recent remodeling mess, I have not been able to find any receipt for the return. I am totally frustrated with this company and wouldn't recommend doing business with them.
