THIS IS AN UPDATE TO THE COMPLAINT AGAINST EMI.

After notifying American Express that I disputed these charges they assigned their Dispute Team to investigate it. I am happy to say that my account was credited by EMI. The $14.95 for each month was credited except for the first one. THANK YOU American Express. They have always been there to protect their customers.
