My daughter asked Santa for a chair & ottomon she saw in the Lillian Vernon catalog. I went to the company website & ordered it. The website gauranteed Christmas delivery as long as you ordered by December 4th. I placed my order on December 3rd. When I hadn't received the chair, I called the Customer Service department. That was December 20th. I was assured by the Customer Service rep & his supervisor that I would have my order by the 23rd. In the mean time, I kept checking my online order & next to the chair, it stated that I would receive my chair no later then December 22nd. I have also spoken with 2 other Customer Service reps & a manager. Everytime I have spoke with a company representative, I feel like I am being told what I want to hear just to get me off their phone. It is now December 28th & I still do not have my daughters gift from Santa. I will never order anything from this company again & I highly recommend that you think hard before you do.

Update I still do not have my daughters chair.

It is now January 7th & I still do not have my daughters chair. I have been dealing with an "Executive Service" Rep who assured me that I would have my chair no later than January 6th. The company has refunded my shipping charges & gave me a $25 refund. But, still no chair.
