Lillian Vernon no refund, over priced, price scam Internet

I purchased 2 personalized stockings for Christmas 2015 from the online store. The week before I made my purchase the stockings were listed as $15.99. The week I made my purchase they were listed at $25.99. The week after I made my purchase they went back down to $15.99 (each). I contacted the online chat and asked why the increase and could there be an adjustment. I was told to avoid having me refuse the order and purchase it at the lower price, they were willing to do a one time adjustment and refund my card $20. After Christmas I contacted the customer service again to ask where my refund was. I was told it could take 3 billing cycles to show on my card. Three months go by and still no refund. After 5 emails and 3 chats, it is clear they have not nor did they ever intent to give me the promised refund.
