Linder's Furniture False Advertisement for a Grocery Rebate is a SCAM Cerritos, California

Bought furniture through Linder's because they were advertising the $500 grocery rebate. Went through the sending in the receipts for about 7 months, never received anything. Called Linders, they told me that the compny they were using had gone out of business. Now they were using someone else and were offering a $600 rebate and gave me a in store certificate for $100. (which I still have not used, because we had just purchased all the furniture we needed). Just another way of trying to make you spend MORE money at their store. HA !! Now I have been sending in receipts for this new rebate company since Aug of 2009. And still NOTHING !! Just got off the phone with Linders's. They are now offering a $200 in store certificate, (that I wont be using) because they dont have anything there for that amount, and it would just cause me to spend more money at their store. Which IS NOT happening !!!. So I now have lost all the postage every month for about a year and a half and a $9.95 registration fee. Well, at this point, I would rather have Linder's refund that amount instead of the now $300 in store certificates, that I will never use. But they wont do that. And what about the $600 in rebates I was promised? Oh well, huh? Somehow I dont think a $300 in store credit is the same as $600 credit at the market. Because I know I would use the market ones. I hate Linder's and would NEVER purchase ANYTHING from there again. I should have listened to my girlfriend when she told me all the problems she had with Linder's. For warranty issues.
