Linder's furniture They do not stand behind their products, lag in customer service Garden Grove, California

Went to the Rancho Cucamonga Linder's furniture location across from the Mills Mall and asked the sales associate to show me a sofa/loveseat and 4 barstools for the reception area in my business.  I ended up purchasing $2000, including the 4 barstools and a 5-year protection plan for everything.  Three months after purchase, the barstools began to wobble, and eventually broke at base. 

Called the warranty people (Guardsmen) in October 2010 who informed me 4 months later in February 2011 that the barstools were not covered in a commercial enviornment.  OK, why did Linder's Furniture sell a business the warranty then?  On 2/28/2011, I called Linder's Furniture who offered to refund the warranty and to send someone out from Linder's Furniture to see if the barstools broke due to abuse or manufacturer's defect and take pictures. 

Never spoke with anyone from Linder's Furniture until today, May 2, 2011 when I called Linder's Furniture and was informed that I would need to contact an outside party to repair the stools at my expense.  Not satisfied at all with the final determination or the lag attitude of both the warranty service and Linder's Furniture.
