Litton Loan Servicing LP failed to pay my insurance co forced their own, late pymt letters when no late, false negative reporting to credit bureaus RIPOFF Houston Texas

Llitton did not make payment out of my impound account to Farmers Ins. and sent me letters that I was uninsured. Calls from myself and Farmers did no good because you have to talk to someone with brain cells. They imposed their own ins. company before forced to pay Farmers.

Wrote to them endangering my blood pressure. They never commented. Cancelled impound accounts. Only sent principal and interest. They then put those payments in "suspense" and "forbearance" accounts and starting sending me letters my payemtns were late. I have all check numbers and when they cleared. None late. They said I owned hundreds more than I did as late charges. I ignored them as talking to them does no good at all. They call me at night to ask when my payments will be made which have ALREADY CLEARED THE BANK.

Last straw was placing a late report on the 3 credit reporting bureaus. I just turned 62 and wish to get a reverse mortgage. That is a HUGE negative and now I have to deal with that. These people are just plain crazy. My former real estate partner who has 40 years experience can't even decipter their "statements" and how in the world they are manipulating funds.
