LogistiCare is the company you call to reserve transportaion for medical appointment you have to call 48 hours before appointment to get a reservation. The problem is they do not provide the transportation. When I call I get a conformation number and the time they will pick me up either they just do not show up or call late in the evening to say they do not have transportation for me and no reason why. When I call the to complain there is no record on file that they could not provide services only that the reservation was made. I have also used their mileage reimbursement program and my sister has yet to recieve payment from LogistiCare. I see other complaints on here I was wondeing if there is anything I could do to get help.

You could also try contacting the Department of Human Services, church organizations, or community groups. They may have programs or referrals that would help you.

No not really any help out there for YOUR situation. The only thing I can suggest is either a cab or public transportation if you don't own a car. You MIGHT want to contact someone who handles charity rides. Sometimes you may find that a neighbor can and will drive you for a small amount of gas money. Otherwise you will have to continue to use them or get more family involved.
