Love Beal And Nixon where did these idiots come from? Oklahoma City Oklahoma

after five years these guys suddenly serve me with a summons saying i owed them money, i asked for verification,they sent some off the wall papers but not what i requested,they sent admissions,i didnt answer,they went for a summary judgement,i showed up and went before the judge,their atty. was there and when i showed the judge that they never sent me the required validation their lawyer was fumbling around looking for papers.


the judge was sitting in for the regular judge that day,he told us to sit down and that i had him in a legal predictament because i had stated that i did not owe any money,so i waited alllll day until it was only two people in the courtroom waiting,the judge called me back up,but their lawyer wasnt there this time,the judge told me he wasnt granting their judgement today and told me to come back on dec. 5 when the regular judge would be there.


my question is this,isnt the sol already run out on this? and if they never provided any proof can they still try to collect,and since their lawyer wasnt there the second time before the judge does that make a diffrence? i am having to do this on my own because i cant get any help.
